The Queen Ann One Bedroom Unit

The Queen Anne is a restored Victorian home located in the heart of Midtown Kansas City. The home was built in the 1880’s and restored in 2021. There are three separate units in the large home, each has its own private entrance and shares a large laundry room on the first floor at the back of the house. The house is located on a quiet one-way street and is walking distance to the Country Club Plaza, the new Streetcar expansion on Main Street, Westport, the Nelson-Atkins Museum, parks, restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, and bars.

The one bedroom unit at the Queen Anne has its private entrance on the north side of the house where you enter the kitchen off of a small porch. The kitchen has a coat hooks, a gas stove, microwave, plenty of storage, garbage disposal, and a small eat-in bar with stools. The bathroom features a new bathtub/shower combo, modern vanity with plenty of storage, and trendy tile. From the kitchen you enter the sitting room that has a closet and desk. The largest room in the unit is the bedroom that features a fireplace, queen sized bed, dresser, desk, lounge chair and views of the front porch. Large historic windows and modern light fixtures light up the space, while the art work highlights Kansas City history.
